What material is a straightening brush made of?« Back to Questions List

Some titles and reviews tell that a brush made of ceramic, but the picture clearly shows that it is made of plastic...

That’s right, the body and the teeth of the brush are made from plastic. The heating element is made of ceramic.
P. S. The ceramic heating element allows the straightening brush to heat quickly and evenly (compared to other materials).

Also, please read the user manual of your model before using it. Remember, that some hair straighteners can’t be used on wet hair. You should also always clean the brush-straightener after each use. Don’t forget about the measures for thermal protection.
